August 23, 2018 - Home Access Center

We are currently experiencing a hardware issue with Home Access Center. Our vendor has determined that there is an issue with network hardware in their environment that is impacting our access to the databases. They have requested a 5-hour window to apply the fixes necessary to resolve their hardware issue. As a result, eSchool, including Home Access Center (HAC), may be unavailable between 4:00pm and 9:00pm this evening. Update 1: 8:50pm

Our vendor has confirmed that preliminary work on Home Access Center has completed for the evening. On behalf of Technology Services, I appreciate your patience and understanding as we work with our vendor on Home Access Center.

Further updates will be provided, if available, by 12:00pm on August 24, 2018.
